About Aimee Bucher

Aimee Bucher is the Founder & CEO of Harrison Latham, where she is dedicated to creating happier, more fulfilling workplaces. She is also a co-owner of Lesmon Experience, a travel company for LGBTQ+ women, and the visionary behind Harrison Latham Publishing, a platform that amplifies the voices of marginalized communities. An ICF certified coach (PCC), Aimee has worked with a diverse range of organizations—from solo entrepreneurs and government agencies to global companies like Moderna, Google, Deloitte, bp, the United States Air Force, Chevron, and IBM —as well as individuals seeking personal growth and happiness.

In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Aimee serves as the Executive Producer of TEDxFaurotPark and is an accomplished speaker and published author. She is certified in the Energy Leadership Index, Emotional Intelligence, and Performance Gap Indicator. Aimee's academic background includes degrees from Miami University and The Ohio State University, and her career has followed many exciting paths, including starting her first business at the age of 12, teaching music at the high school and undergraduate levels, owning a web design agency, and serving as Chief Marketing Technologist at a marketing firm.

Aimee often says she has found her true purpose: helping people create happiness. Outside of her professional life, she is a classically trained pianist, actress, improv group founder, and passionate social justice volunteer. Recently married to an amazing woman, she is also the proud mother of five incredible children aged 16-25.
