Nomination, evaluation, selection, and recognition in a Coach Honors program are never conditioned on payment. This page explains where the line between editorial recognition and optional paid products sits.

1. No Purchase Required
No purchase or payment is required to submit a nomination, be considered, be evaluated, be selected, or retain recognition status in a Coach Honors editorial recognition program.
Recognition includes the right to truthfully state in text that the recipient received the applicable Recognition. Use of the Company’s official badges, insignia, logos, graphics, or other branded recognition assets is not included with complimentary recognition and requires an applicable license or paid package.
2. Optional Paid Products and Services
Coach Honors and Expert Honors may separately offer optional paid products and services, including enhanced profiles, physical awards, badge licenses, premium creative assets, publicity or distribution services, benefits, advertising, sponsorships, and enhanced placement.
Purchasing or declining any optional product or service does not affect editorial selection, recognition status, or editorial treatment. Declining a purchase is not grounds for revoking an otherwise valid recognition.
3. Program-Specific Details
Eligibility requirements, categories, selection methodology, recognition periods, and complimentary features may vary by recognition program. The applicable published Selection Process or methodology page controls those program-specific details.
4. Paid Placement and Commercial Participation
Paid profile enhancements, sponsored placement, featured placement, advertising, and other commercial visibility are identified where displayed when the relationship could otherwise be unclear.
Commercial participation does not convert a non-recipient into a recognition recipient, and does not preserve recognition that is later validly revoked for an editorial or legal reason.
