About Andree Aiken

With over 35 years of leadership experience, Andree Aiken is a powerhouse in the world of executive coaching and consulting. Her career journey has been anything but conventional—spanning industries and leadership roles that have shaped her into the dynamic, results-driven coach she is today. From being a director of a $35M nonprofit's regional headquarters to serving as an executive assistant to two Presidents/CEOs (regional and global), Andree has honed a strategic, high-impact coaching approach that transforms leaders and organizations alike.

Andree is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and mentor coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a certificate in Health and Wellness from Rocky Mountain University. Her expertise lies in identifying leadership patterns, clarifying complex challenges, and equipping CEOs and executives with actionable strategies to drive growth and success.

A firm believer in strengths-based leadership, Andree leverages Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0 to empower leaders to operate from their greatest strengths. Her top five strengths—Input, Strategic, Learner, Responsibility, and Futuristic—reflect her unique ability to synthesize information, craft visionary solutions, and help leaders stay ahead of the curve.

Beyond coaching, Andree has dedicated her time to nonprofit leadership, serving on two nonprofit boards and now advising a local nonprofit. She is a published author of Help! I'm in Transition – From Drug Treatment to Lifelong Recovery, a book based on her extensive research and professional experience in the recovery field. Andree's insights stem from her deep understanding of recovery processes and her commitment to supporting those navigating life transitions.

Andree Aiken is dedicated to transformation—elevating leaders, strengthening organizations, and making an impact that extends far beyond the boardroom. She is passionate about helping leaders drive meaningful change, sharpen their focus, and lead with confidence.
