Ann Farrell is a powerhouse in the world of corporate coaching, with over four decades of experience leading, and guiding executives, leadership teams, and fellow coaches toward success. As the Founder and CEO of Quantum Endeavors® and Inpowered Coaching Institute®, Ann is dedicated to elevating the quality of coaching in organizations while empowering coaches to build thriving businesses serving corporate and organizations.

Ann's career spans 30 years as a Fortune 200 executive, where she shattered barriers as the only woman in the company's 170-year history to rise from entry-level to executive. In 2006, she transitioned to coaching, accumulating 10,000+ hours of coaching for organizations and achieving 100% client company re-engagement and client-growth-assessed rates for 19 years.

Now fully focused on her legacy work, Ann is committed to bridging the gap between 1:1 coach training and high-value organizational coaching, ensuring higher impact for organizations and more coaches who make high impact and make a living doing it.

Ann's approach integrates deep executive experience with evidence-based coaching frameworks and proven methods to drive measurable results for organizations, their talent and their teams. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (MGSCC).
