About Christina Noble, PCC

Christina Noble, PCC, is an ICF-credentialed executive coach and independent board member with three decades of leadership experience across healthcare, technology, and corporate strategy. Known for her ability to integrate coaching with strategic mentoring, she partners with executives to elevate leadership performance, executive presence, and decision-making in complex business environments.

Her background includes C-suite leadership, P&L management, and post-M&A transformation, giving her a firsthand understanding of the pressures executives face. She has held key leadership roles at Sonora Quest Laboratories, where she led strategic growth for a life sciences joint venture between Banner Health and Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX), as well as CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) and Accenture (NYSE: ACN), where she focused on market expansion and large-scale healthcare transformations.

As the founder of Your Inside Counsel LLC, a WBENC-certified executive coaching and advisory firm, Christina brings a data-driven approach to leadership development. She holds certifications in Korn Ferry 360 Coaching and Leadership Architect™, Predictive Index.and utilizes VIA Character Strengths to empower the coaching experience. Her coaching spans industries, including technology, AI, biosciences, healthcare, air transportation, and Fortune 50 companies, empowering leaders to refine and transform their executive presence, manage their internal critic, and lead through complex change with confidence.

Beyond coaching, Christina serves on the boards of Medi Karma, Inc., Checkable Health, Inc., and the Coaches Advisory Board at Yoodli. She is an active member of the Forbes Business Development Council and Women Business Leaders in U.S. Healthcare, and a past board chair for the Greater Phoenix Chamber. In 2023, she was named one of Phoenix Business Journal's Top 25 Outstanding Women in Business.

Christina holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Scripps College, is certified in Innovation and Strategy by MIT Sloan School of Management, and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt.

When she is not coaching, Christina curates Executive Resiliency Retreats and enjoys skiing, teaching yoga, and traveling the world with her family.
