As the founder of Leverage for Leaders, an accredited coach training program, she is dedicated to developing skilled, confident coaches who make a meaningful impact. She also created the Quick-Start Intensive, a program designed for former corporate leaders looking to build thriving coaching businesses with ease and flow. Before becoming a full-time coach, Karen excelled as an investment advisor, achieving Million Dollar Round Table status, and served as president of a semiconductor firm.
