About Kari Ginsburg

Kari Ginsburg, CCMP, PCC (she/her) is a trauma-informed Professional Certified Executive & Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and she was honored as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Washington, DC in 2024.

Since 2020, Kari has supported over 300 people through one-on-one and small group coaching and custom workshops, including political appointees, leaders across levels and sectors, small business owners, stay-at-home parents, creatives and artists, and others. Her own career includes: teaching theater and English at a small private school, event planning, 13 years of federal services beginning as an Administrative Officer at the National Institutes of Health and culminating as Director of Workforce Management at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and being recruited away from government to work as an internal and external Lead People Strategy Specialist for Booz Allen Hamilton. Her volunteerism extends to arts and animal welfare organizations.

Certified and trained in a wide range of coaching models and techniques, Kari focuses on bringing inclusive, ethical, and holistic growth through coaching. She adapts to her clients’ styles and is willing to spend time in coaching conversations where they will find the most value and impact;her coaching conversations are confidential, accountable, and judgement-free spaces.
