Kathy's career at Ford Motor Company began in the Office of General Counsel (OGC), where she honed her legal acumen. Her extensive experience in the legal field is complemented by her entrepreneurial success as the owner of a legal support business serving Michigan's top law firms across diverse practice areas. Kathy's leadership abilities were further recognized through her service on the State Bar of Michigan Council, where she chaired the Education Committee, Paralegal Section.

Her transition from the OGC to the Executive Chairman's Office provided Kathy with a multifaceted understanding of Ford, encompassing legal, leadership, and dealer perspectives.
