Maria Elena Armijo

Elena Armijo is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Trauma-Informed Certified Coach, and Founder and CEO of the C-Suite Collective. Elena is deeply committed to helping clients and organizations create meaningful impact through culture shifts and leadership development. Known for her exceptional ability to identify patterns and ignite fresh awareness, she empowers her clients to transform their perspectives, unlock new potential, and take decisive actions that create their desired outcomes. Elena's coaching style is deeply rooted in values of inclusion, vulnerability, and wholehearted leadership, creating a safe space for clients to grow authentically and lead with courage.

Elena specializes in highly personalized executive coaching for top performers in diverse fields including from C-Suite executives, founders, policy experts, leading researchers and celebrities. Her client's partner with her to reach levels of professional and personal success they once thought was unattainable. As a former leader and trainer with Accomplishment Coaching©, former CHIEF Core Guide Facilitator, and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Elena continues to expand her work with teams globally. She also hosts the podcast The Collective Corner, where she explores leadership and culture with inspiring guests.

Elena's path to Executive and Leadership Coaching was inspired by her own journey as a professional opera singer. After a decade of performing on some of the world's most prestigious stages, including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, Elena realized her experiences could provide invaluable insight to ambitious top performers. She transitioned from singing to coaching, bringing her rich understanding of high performance to her clients. Elena holds a B.M. in Music Education from New Mexico State University and an M.M. in Vocal Performance from the University of Washington.

When she's not traveling for speaking engagements or facilitating offsites, Elena enjoys life in Los Angeles with her partner Aaron and their two beloved pups, Nalle and Bailey.
