She is certified to administer several leading assessments, including MBTI®, EQ-i 2.0®, iEQ9 Enneagram, FIRO® Business, Sparketype®, and the Center for Creative Leadership's 360 Benchmarks. Additionally, she offers Quantum Human Design™ readings, helping clients align their natural strengths with meaningful professional and personal growth.

Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a Master's in Corporate and Public Communication. She is a certified Change Management and Project Management (PMP) professional and an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation. Committed to ongoing learning, she has completed both Level 1 and Level 2 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
