Sean Olson is an executive coach, facilitator, and keynote speaker with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and companies realize their full potential. He has worked with officers, directors, and senior managers across start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike.

As an executive coach, Sean partners with leaders at every level—from the C-Suite to front-line managers. His business background and relational approach consistently deliver powerful results, especially with individuals and teams eager to move quickly and put in the work required for lasting change.

As a leadership facilitator, Sean designs and delivers workshops on teamwork, strategy development, work styles, company culture, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.
